Columbia, South Carolina – exceptionally hot. While the summer heat was on the rise the Columbia Chamber’s membership was rising as well! 100 degree temperatures couldn’t keep the volunteers away and they packed the Chamber’s board room showing their support and enthusiasm for their community.
Being the capital seat of South Carolina the City and the Chamber were full of activity; suits filled the Chamber’s board room. It didn’t take long and Jimmy revved the volunteers up, high fives and chest bumps abounded! With only 100 volunteers the Chamber added over 135 new members and what’s even more impressive…an additional $81,000.00 in revenue in only three days!
